Victorian Cat Lady

Presenting one of my OCs, Malura. She's a character I've had since highschool, and was inspired by Luna from Sailor Moon (especially her human form from the Sailor Moon S movie and manga). I've radically re-designed her outfit from my original design (which was a very simple white dress with black flowers on the collar).

Malura can shapeshift into a cat form (which she spends most of her time in), though she generally likes to keep that a secret
